Now that the year 2010 is over there is another whole year ahead with countless opportunities. In 2011 I plan on accomplishing many things. Some of these are making it to states in numerous events for track and field. This year is my last year of high school track and field and I want to finish strong. Last year our 4x100 meter relay team made it to states but that wasn’t good enough. This year I plan on making it for the relay plus the hurdles and the 200 meter dash. Also, since it is 2011 that means I get to graduate. I am extremely excited for the end of the school year. Once graduation comes along school is over and I can look forward to starting my life. I cannot wait to attend college and start studying for something in actual want to do. I plan on studying something in criminal justice and maybe becoming a police officer. I think that career would be very enjoyable and I would not mind going into work every day. The year 2011 for me is a time of growing up and starting to be a lot more independent. I am looking forward to living on my own and getting my own vehicle. This will provide a lot more freedom and will require me to obtain a job in the meantime. I will need money to pay for these things but I don’t mind working to keep it. I like the feeling of providing things for myself and the freedoms that come with it. The year 2011 will be a fantastic year and I can’t wait for it to get going. Graduation is the start for me and I am so excited. I have had a great time while being in school and I will definitely miss all the great times.
